EGG NOODLE RECIPE WITH MEATBALLS AND TOMATOES


Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Nudo Egg Noodles
  • 250 grams of minced meat
  • Half an onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3-4 springs of fresh basil
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
Preparation

Crush 2 cloves of garlic with the side of a knife and chop them. Chop 2 tomatoes into cubes. Take 250 grams of minced meat in a deep bowl and grate half an onion into it. Add half a teaspoon of salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Knead the mixture well. Shape small pieces of the meat mixture into meatballs using your hands. Heat a pan and add 3 tablespoons of olive oil. When it is hot, add the meatballs and cook for 5 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes, garlic, 1 cup of water, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Cook for another 6-7 minutes. Cover the pan and season with black pepper. Boil water in a pot. After boiling, add half a teaspoon of salt and 1 packet of Nudo Egg Noodles. Boil for 5 minutes. After boiling, drain the noodles and return them to the pot. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix well. Add the sauce you prepared and 3-4 sprigs of fresh basil leaves. Mix everything together.
